Who We Are
Bayanihan Initiatives Deutschland
is a humanitarian community
organizing social events, activities,
and community-based outreach.
Our Objectives
promote quality of life, spirituality, emotional intelligence (EQ), equality, human dignity, and the fundamental rights of every human person as stated in THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS (UDHR) proclaimed and adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, 1948.
support individuals and groups in need of: research and resource materials, training and tutorials, personal and professional growth, educational and work-related opportunities.
provide assistance to the vulnerable members of society.
Our Background
The co-founders have had almost 2 decades of experience in community-based outreach and humanitarian assistance way back in the Philippines since 1993, United States since 2009, Canada in 2013 until 2016, Iceland in 2016 until 2019, and Germany since 2019.
Then and now, the idea has always been about helping, assisting, and supporting indigent families. Yet, it evolved over time for the last 28 years and had been on a rollercoaster ride for decades. And, why BAYANIHAN?
Because, the world needs it now more than ever - “the spirit of civic unity and cooperation…” not only among Filipinos abroad and in the Philippines but also among English and non-English speaking countries around the world.
And, we have consistently been working on our initiatives remotely providing assistance and community outreach despite the lack of funding. Our strategic goal for the year 2025-2027 is to further our structure for our advisory board / international volunteers in the areas of health, information, technology, education, and employment.
